Plain structs describing the Stripe objects StripeKit returns.

Each struct carries the fields StripeKit needs for billing and entitlement decisions rather than every field Stripe returns. When you need something that is not present, read it from the raw JSON in stripekit::EventEnvelope::payload_json, or file a request.
